Refund & Return Policy

“We want you to be happy at Veliscenta. We’re here to help if you’re not fully content with what you bought.” Who can get a refund: You can ask for a refund within seven days of getting your order. Items must be in the same condition as when they were delivered, unused, and in their original packaging. For safety and hygiene reasons, you can’t return perfumes that have been opened or used. How to Ask for a Refund: Please email us at info@veliscenta.com with your order number and the reason you want to return it. We will give you the return address after your request is approved. Customers have to pay for shipping charges when they return items. How to Get Your Money Back: Once we have checked the returned item, we will inform you about the status. If your refund is accepted, it will be sent back to the same payment method within 5 to 7 business days. Products that are broken or wrong: If your item is broken or wrong, please let us know within 48 hours and send us a picture as proof. We will either send you a new item or give you your money back. Please note that we do not accept returns or refunds for “change of mind” once a product has been used.
